If you have insurance other than the ones listed above, we are currently considered an out-of-network provider. Sometimes insurance companies will provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers. You can contact your insurance provider to find out if you have out-of-network mental health outpatient benefits. We can provide you with a statement (“superbill”) that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We strongly suggest contacting your insurance provider before your first session to learn more about your coverage. We recommend the following questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

-
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
-
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
-
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
-
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, checks, HSA debit cards, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to call and cancel your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a no-show/late cancellation fee of $75.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining how much your mental health care costs. GFE is provided in compliance with the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022. This act requires mental health practitioners to offer uninsured and self-pay clients a GFE of anticipated costs before providing services.

You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You can request a GFE before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. You have the right to dispute charges through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) at www.cms.gov/nosurprises or by calling 1-800-985-3059. A disclaimer that the GFE is only an estimate and subject to change if the client’s treatment plan evolves.
